Where we ship
We currently ship within Australia. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery information will be shown at checkout where available.
Order processing
Orders are processed after payment has been received. In-stock items are generally prepared for dispatch as soon as practical during business days.
Some products, especially vehicle-specific head units, CarPlay interface modules and fitment-specific accessories, may be ordered from a supplier after purchase. These products may require additional processing time before dispatch.
Available-to-order and supplier-order products
Many vehicle-specific products are available to order from suppliers after purchase. This allows SoundStage Automotive to offer a wider range of car audio upgrade options without holding every vehicle-specific item in stock.
Dispatch times for supplier-order products may vary depending on supplier availability, product lead time, fitment confirmation and courier handling times.
If timing is important, please contact us before ordering so we can check availability where possible.
Fitment confirmation before dispatch
For vehicle-specific products, we may contact you before dispatch to confirm fitment details. This may include your vehicle year, make, model, trim level, dash layout, factory amplifier, factory reverse camera, steering wheel controls, factory navigation or premium audio package.
Fitment confirmation helps reduce the chance of ordering the wrong product. Delays may occur if we need more information from you before dispatch.
Delivery tracking
Tracking details will be provided once available. Tracking updates may take time to appear after the courier receives the parcel.
Delivery times are estimates only and can vary depending on the courier, destination, supplier availability, public holidays, peak periods and events outside our control.
Delivery delays
If your order is delayed, please contact us with your order number and we will help check the status of the shipment where possible.
For supplier-order products, delays may occur before dispatch if the supplier is waiting on stock or if additional fitment information is required.
Incorrect shipping details
Please make sure your shipping address, phone number and email address are correct at checkout.

If an order has already been dispatched, we may not be able to change the delivery address. Additional courier fees or return-to-sender costs may apply if the address supplied at checkout was incorrect.
Authority to leave and safe delivery
If you request authority to leave or provide delivery instructions to leave a parcel unattended, you accept the risk of the parcel being left in that location once delivered by the courier.
We recommend choosing a secure delivery address where someone can receive the parcel, especially for high-value electronics, head units, amplifiers and interface modules.
Lost, missing or damaged parcels
If your parcel appears lost, missing or damaged in transit, contact us as soon as possible with your order number, tracking details and photos where relevant.
Please keep the packaging and product until the issue has been reviewed, as photos or inspection may be required for courier or supplier claims.
Damaged on arrival
If your order arrives damaged, contact us as soon as possible with:

A clear description of the issue
Do not install or modify a damaged item before contacting us, as this may affect the support process.
Split shipments
If your order contains multiple products, items may be dispatched separately depending on supplier availability, stock location or courier requirements. If this happens, tracking details will be provided where available.
