Before ordering
If you are unsure whether a product suits your vehicle, contact us before ordering with your vehicle details and a clear dash photo. This is the best way to avoid ordering the wrong unit.
Cancellations
Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel an order. If the supplier order has already been placed or the item has already been dispatched, cancellation options may be limited.
Returns
Return eligibility depends on the product, condition, order status and whether the item was specially ordered for your vehicle. Contact us before sending any item back.
Incorrect fitment
If you believe a product does not suit your vehicle, contact us with your order number, vehicle details, dash photos and photos of the received product and harnesses. Fitment outcomes can depend on accurate vehicle information being provided before dispatch.
Faults or issues
If a product appears faulty, email sales@soundstageautomotive.com or call (07) 4253 3901 with photos, videos, installation details and a clear explanation of the issue. Do not modify, cut or force wiring, as this may affect support options.
