Before dispatch

For vehicle-specific products, we may confirm your vehicle details before dispatch. This can include your vehicle year, trim level, dash photo, factory amplifier, reverse camera, steering wheel controls and factory navigation options.

Installation support

Professional installation is recommended if you are not confident with vehicle wiring, trim removal, factory camera retention, steering wheel control setup or CANBUS configuration.

Some factory features may require additional parts, adapter harnesses or installer configuration depending on the exact vehicle.

Warranty support

If you believe there is a product fault, contact us with your order number, photos or video of the issue, installation details and any troubleshooting already completed.

Important notes

  • Incorrect installation, wiring damage or modification may affect warranty support.
  • Compatibility depends on accurate vehicle details being provided.
  • Supplier warranty processes may require photos, videos or diagnostic information.
  • Do not force plugs, cut factory wiring or modify harnesses unless you are certain it is required.
